Most orders fulfilled from one of our warehouses ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order. FedEx Economy Saver shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to most addresses in America, Europe and Australia, depending on the service selected. There may be additional delays due to current conditions.
Order USD 50 or more to qualify for FREE shipping on eligible items (restrictions apply). You receive free shipping if your order includes at least USD 50 of eligible items, depending on your shipping country/region. Any item with "eligible for FREE shipping" that is fulfilled by one vendor is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum. Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address may affect your order's free shipping eligibility. Shipping rates by country
We can ship to most addresses worldwide, except in remote areas where FedEx is unable to deliver, well outside cities or towns. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address or for a full refund. Non-US destinations: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Unless otherwise indicated, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Shipping companies and services
During checkout you can select your preferred shipping carrier and service. Depending on your region, routes, export/import ports and sorting warehouses, we may be notified of additional delays or further requirements. Shipping carrier may be modified in order to avoid delays and a refund be issued if applicable.
When ordering from outside the US, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and do not apply if we miss our estimated delivery date because of a circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, force majeure events, events of war, or severe storms. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
